Clin Asst Prof Alvin Ngeow Jia Hao is a Neonatologist at Singapore General Hospital and Principal Investigator of the BiliSG project. His work focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and digital health to improve neonatal care, particularly in decentralising screening for neonatal jaundice. He has led the development and validation of BiliSG, a smartphone-based AI tool published in JAMA Network Open.

Dr Ngeow is actively involved in clinical innovation, implementation science, and point-of-care ultrasound education. He collaborates with multidisciplinary teams across SingHealth and academic institutions to translate research into real-world healthcare solutions.
