Important Information

  • All sessions throughout the two-day conference and pre-conference will take place at Academia (SGH Campus) unless specified otherwise.

  • Full registration fees will apply for ANY cancellation or replacement requests received after 30 April 2026.

  • For refunds, bank administrative charges will be borne by the participant.

  • If registration for any pre-conference workshop falls below the minimum required number, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the workshop. You will be notified by 10 March 2026 and will be offered the option to switch to another workshop or receive a refund.

  • On-site registration will only accept credit card payments (VISA and MasterCard). Registration counters will be located at Level 1, Academia (SGH Campus), Singapore.

  • The official language of the conference is English. Please note that no simultaneous interpretation services will be provided.

Confirmation of Registration

  • Once payment is approved, you will receive an acknowledgement email at your registered email address.

  • A confirmation email with detailed information will be sent closer to the conference date.

  • To expedite badge collection on-site, please present the QR code in your reminder email, which will be sent to you closer to the conference date. 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All cancellation, replacement, or refund requests (for Pre-Conference or Main Conference) must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat by 30 April 2026 and are subject to approval.

  • Processing fees and bank charges (approximately 9%) will be borne by the delegate for any refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within two months after the Singapore Primary Care Conference 2026.

Modes of Payment

​Registrants must make full payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of prevailing taxes (GST at 9%).

  • Credit Card Payment: Select the correct payment category in the registration form. Note that credit card transaction fees will be borne by the participant in case of refunds.

  • Invoice: Provide billing details in the registration form. The Secretariat will contact you for verification. Please ensure approval from your HOD and HR before submitting your registration.

  • On-site Registration: Only VISA and MasterCard credit card payments will be accepted at the registration counters located at Academia, the official venue for the Singapore Primary Care Conference 2026.

Continuing Professional Education

For Singapore-registered doctors, nurses, dentists, and pharmacists, professional points (application in progress) will be awarded for attending the main conference and pre-conference workshops.

  • Please note that sessions may be recorded. By participating, you consent to the use of your video, audio, and text comments in these recordings.
