Dr Cheryl Latha Glenn
Dr Cheryl Latha Glenn is the Medical Director of SATA CommHealth and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She brings extensive experience in clinical practice and a strong commitment to community-based healthcare, with a particular focus on delivering accessible, patient-centred care for underserved populations.
In her role as Medical Director, Dr Glenn provides clinical leadership and governance oversight across SATA CommHealth’s medical programmes and services. She supports the Board and Management in ensuring high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, quality assurance, and ethical practice across the organisation. Her responsibilities include oversight of clinical policies, standards of care, and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory and professional requirements.
SATA CommHealth is a charitable healthcare organisation dedicated to caring for seniors and vulnerable communities through preventive care, community outreach, and subsidised healthcare services. Its programmes include healthcare services for migrant workers, subsidised haemodialysis at the Dialysis Centre in Fernvale for patients with end-stage renal failure, and highly subsidised dental services for migrant workers at its Dental Centre. Through these initiatives, SATA CommHealth works to bridge healthcare gaps and improve health outcomes for beneficiaries with complex medical and social needs.
