Dr Chua Ying Xian is a Family Physician and Consultant, and currently the Head of Bukit Panjang Polyclinic at the National University Polyclinics (NUP), Singapore. He has extensive experience in primary care leadership, clinical service transformation, and patient‑centred healthcare delivery. Dr Chua completed his MBBS and subsequently a Master of Public Health and Master of Medicine (Family Medicine). He was admitted as a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore in 2022. Over the course of his career, Dr Chua has held progressive leadership roles at NUP, leading system‑level initiatives and is the current lead of NUP Innovation Unit, focusing on primary care service and innovation.
