Her passion lies in nurturing next generation of healthcare professional with practical wisdom and compassion. She has been involved in research and education designs to improve workplace learning by integrating modern technology, evidenced teaching strategies and collaborative peer learning. Her work involves actively refining and designing workplace learning curricula based on socio-constructivism, reflective practice and situation learning principles to ensure practical, real-world application.
