Dr Haresh Singaraju is Head of Queenstown Polyclinic, National University Polyclinics. He is an Associate Consultant and Family Medicine Specialist with close to 12 years of clinical experience, including six years dedicated to primary care practice. Dr Singaraju holds an MBBS and MMed (FM) from Singapore, and is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (FCFP) and Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS).

Dr Singaraju serves on the Executive Committee of the Chapter of Family Medicine under the Academy of Medicine Singapore, contributing to the advancement of family medicine practice and standards nationally. His research has gained recognition, with his recent study presented as an oral presentation at the WONCA World Conference 2025.

As a healthcare leader, Dr Singaraju has developed a five-pronged strategy for Queenstown Polyclinic encompassing team-based care optimisation, enhanced healthcare communication, strategic technology integration, innovation culture and community partnerships for social prescribing to support resident wellbeing. His grassroots leadership extends beyond clinical practice to community engagement and population health improvement.

Dr Singaraju is actively involved in medical education across the primary care spectrum, serving as a tutor from graduate diploma level through to advanced specialist training programmes. His work focuses on enabling healthcare professionals to practise at the top of their licence whilst leveraging technology and systems-based approaches to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
