Dr Hu Pei Lin is Deputy Director at Quality Management, SingHealth Polyclinics. She was previously the Clinic Director of SingHealth Polyclinics – Marine Parade. She is also the deputy clinical lead for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee at SingHealth Polyclinics. She has interests in medication safety and safe transitions of care between primary care, hospitals and the community.
