Keith is a Director at MOHT. He graduated from NTU with a Mechanical Engineering degree and has over 20 years of work experience in technology and project management, having spent the majority of that time in the financial sector. A proponent of lifelong-learning, he embarked on a career-switch to the healthcare sector in 2019, and in 2023 completed his Master of Public Health in the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. Keith is leading a home monitoring programme called Primary Tech-Enhanced Care (PTEC) for hypertension and diabetes, which is available in all 27 polyclinics with over 24,000 patients ever-enrolled. His team at MOHT is now working on expanding the telehealth programme to other diseases, as well as ensuring its value proposition and sustainability.
