Ms Kng Kwee Keng serves as the Community Care Pharmacist Lead at Population Health Campus and holds the position of Principal Pharmacist (Clinical) at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) with Honours from the National University of Singapore and furthered her clinical expertise with a Master of Science in Clinical Pharmacy from Queen's University of Belfast (UK). Her commitment to advancing pharmaceutical care is demonstrated through her board certification as an ambulatory care pharmacist (USA) and her qualification as a collaborative prescribing practitioner. As unit head overseeing pharmacy clinical team-based services, Kwee Keng has special interest in community health initiatives, smoking cessation programmes, anticoagulation management, chronic disease management, and telehealth services. As the Community Care Pharmacist Lead, Kwee Keng has shaped the scope of community care pharmacy practice and pioneered collaborative medication review services with the General Practitioners in NHG Health.
