Dr Lee Cia Sin

Dr Lee Cia Sin is a Senior Consultant Family Physician at SingHealth Polyclinics and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. A passionate advocate for collaborative care, she holds a Master of Health Professions Education (Singapore) and focuses her research on Interprofessional Education (IPE) and health services.

Her presentation on the barriers and enablers of IPE stems from her role as the principal investigator for an AMEI-funded study on this topic in Singapore’s primary care setting. The findings from this work were published in BMC Primary Care.

In her capacity as the Director of Undergraduate Family Medicine Training for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Family Medicine ACP, Dr Lee is actively involved in curriculum development and shaping future healthcare professionals. She is dedicated to building IPE capability to foster a collaboration-ready workforce, believing it is essential for addressing the complex needs of an ageing population and transforming primary care.
