Ms Lim Hui Pin is a Quality Improvement and Innovation Facilitator at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation, Kaizen Office, NHG Health. As a Lean and Design Thinking Facilitator, she is passionate about streamlining and improving process flows, and helping staff develop an eye for waste through training and project coaching in 6S, Lean, healthcare sustainability, and innovation projects. She is particularly excited about integrating sustainability into existing quality improvement practices to leverage and synergise efforts towards quality patient care whilst advancing the journey towards net zero. Ms Lim serves as Programme Lead for SusQI, a core curriculum within the CHI Sustainability Academy, and supports the Academy Leads in overseeing curriculum development for the programme.
