Dr Marianne Tsang
Dr Marianne Tsang is an Associate Consultant at Punggol Polyclinic, SingHealth Polyclinics, and a Core Faculty member of the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency programme. She obtained her MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 2016, MRCP (UK) in 2019, MMed (Family Medicine) in 2022, and Fellowship of the College of Family Physicians Singapore in 2025.
Dr Tsang is passionate about medical education and professional identity formation in family medicine. She is a core faculty with SingHealth Family Medicine Residency, where she currently leads the Curriculum Planning Committee. She also serves as a Clinical Teacher for LKC Medicine and Duke-NUS Medical School. Her scholarly work focuses on family physician professional identity formation, with a publication in the Australian Journal of General Practice and presentations at WONCA and AMEE conferences.
Recognised for her excellence in teaching, Dr Tsang has received the Outstanding Residency Faculty Award for three consecutive years (2023-2025). She is committed to nurturing master adaptive learners through cognitive apprenticeship, reflective practice, and fostering communities of practice within family medicine training.
