Wan Lin is Principal Pharmacist at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP). She is actively involved in clinical pharmacy services such as anticoagulation services and smoking cessation services. She leads the AMI-HOPE program at SHP and contributes to medication extension services and collaborative prescribing practices. She participated in quality improvement projects such as enhancing recruitment and attendance of smoking cessation clinic and improving uptake rate of influenza vaccine for COPD and asthma patients. She has a strong commitment to education and provides workplace-based training and assessment to Pharmacy undergraduates and Pre-registration Pharmacists. Currently, she serves as the pharmacist representative of the SHP Cardiovascular, Renal and Endocrine workgroup and both as a facilitator and a member of the curriculum committee of the Collaborative Prescribing Practitioner Programme (CP3).
