Dr Richard Hui is Director of Primary Care Partnerships division in National University Health System’s Regional Health System Office. He and his team foster collaborations between GPs and NUHS institutions, as well as community partners, to keep residents living in the Western region healthy.

Dr Hui is also Senior Consultant Family Physician at Choa Chu Kang Polyclinic, where he started his Family Medicine journey in 2009. He has special interests in geriatric issues such as frailty and dementia, and has authored and co-authored related research articles.

Besides his interests in Population Health and Family Medicine, he is passionate about helping primary care practitioners from various professions thrive in providing holistic care for their patients, and for themselves.
