Assistant Professor Sabrina Wong is Senior Consultant Family Physician, Deputy Director of the Clinical Research Unit at NHG Polyclinics, Clinical Director of Primary Care and Family Medicine at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Vice-chair (Research & Innovation) of the Family Medicine Academic Clinical Program. In 2022, she completed a PhD (Medicine) at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Asst Prof Wong is passionate about leveraging AI to support preventive health and chronic disease care. She received the NMRC HPHSR Clinician Scientist Award and NMRC Population Health Grant (Open) for the development of a digital health coach for weight management in type 2 diabetes, received an NHIC award for early identification of frailty using a markerless motion capture system, and the Singapore Medical Foundation AI Model Program award for development of a foundational model for multi-morbidity clinical decision support. Through AI-driven research, she hopes to empower patients and clinicians to improve population health outcomes.
