Dr. Tan Dihao Keith is a Consultant Family Physician at the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2012 and subsequently obtained his Master’s in Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2018. He is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (FCFP) since 2022 and is currently practicing in Yishun Polyclinic.
