Dr Tan Shu Yun

Assistant Professor Tan Shu Yun is a family physician and clinician researcher committed to advancing the frontier family medicine and population health. She is driven by the transformative potential of education, research and innovation to strengthen healthcare systems and improve health outcomes. She is also a champion of meaningful doctor- patient relationship and public involvement in healthcare transformation. She currently serves on the Taskforce at the NTU-LKC Office of Patient Engagement, where she helps to drive stakeholder collaboration in shaping patient-focused innovation. She is the Assistant Vertical Theme Lead (Clinical Practice – Clinical Examination) and Assistant Lead for Clinical Examinations (OSCE - Year 2)
Her expertise in research and innovation is supported by her holistic transdisciplinary training and experience. She completed her FCFP and Master of Clinical Investigation. She was awardee of MOH-HMDP in hospital medicine and QELCA (Quality end-of-life care for all), NHG Clinician Innovator Preparatory Programme. She has also completed advanced training in digital health and data science, including the ETH Zurich Precision Digital Therapeutics Masterclass, the NUS AI for Healthcare Programme, AISG's AI for Industry Foundations in AI, and the NTU SCTP Advanced Certification in Data Analytics.
