Winnie oversees Education Research in Group Clinical Education. A molecular biologist by training, her current research focuses on the people, culture and processes that make up the clinical learning environment. Her studies have spanned diverse domains in healthcare including leadership, continuing development in the health professions, interprofessional teamwork and communication. She leads a multidisciplinary team of education researchers who collaborate closely with practitioners to drive research towards training the professionals for tomorrow’s healthcare.
