With over 15 years of experience in research, education, and infection control, Dr Yan is responsible for overseeing Patient Safety and Infection Prevention and Control standards and practices across eight Polyclinics, ensuring adherence to protocols and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
In her leadership role, Dr Yan directs and mentors a nursing research team, guiding both primary and secondary studies from inception to completion. Her expertise extends to facilitating the publication of research findings and their dissemination at various conference platforms.
